When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Mead Open Farm Ltd and yourself.
No contract exists between you and Mead Open Farm Ltd for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.
All attendance to The Howl is age restricted. No one under the age of 12 will be allowed entrance onto the site or on any of the attractions. People aged 13 – 15 years will be allowed entrance onto the site but will need to be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times across the site and inside all our maze’s. Anyone 15 years or older can enter the mazes without any supervision.
Mead Open Farm, also referred to as The Howl have the right to remove any members of the public that pose a risk to themselves, other members of the public, without any compensation given to the people removed.
Being intoxicated, overly aggressive, ingesting or concealing any illegal paraphernalia and drugs without prescription will be removed from the site without compensation.
The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on The Howl website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes - there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.
All tickets are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for further information on the protection of your data supplied to us while using or transacting via our website.
The Howl’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
The Howl will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war, or acts of God.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
The Howl accepts no liability if an event must be postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control, this includes but is not limited to, acts of God, change in governmental regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
If the event is postponed due to any of the above reasons, then The Howl, will reschedule all tickets that have been purchased for the current year and make them valid for the following season, the ticket will include any new attractions planned for that season.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date or time if you contact The Howl directly on info@thehowl.co.uk at least 48 hours before the date you originally booked to visit which appears on your booking confirmation. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit, but we will make reasonable efforts to do so if you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit date.
All events are subject to weather conditions. In the event of severe weather warnings or lightning strikes the event maybe paused or held for the safety of the public. If we are to close early or open late due but not limited to weather warnings or other external factors, classed as acts of God, then a refund will not be permitted but a change of date shall be offered.
Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.
The Howl may offer discounts or provide special offers for the purchase of products and ticketed events. This may also be the case when the price paid may have been more. Discounts are only valid at the time of purchase and cannot be added to a transaction after it has been completed. Tickets and products purchased before do not quality for discount.
Offers and discounts are always granted at The Howl’s discretion.
Depending on the case, discounts or offers shall be valid for a limited time only or while stocks or ticket availability lasts.
Once purchased you will be issued with a booking reference and barcode, please bring this barcode along with you on the date you have booked for. We will scan this barcode and admit your group into the event. This barcode and booking reference also work as your proof of purchase.
Should this purchase be made by a business, please accept this booking confirmation as a V.A.T Receipt. V.A.T at 20% has been included in the prices charged.

Attractions may be unavailable at any time for technical or operational reasons. All attractions are subject to availability. The attractions can include multiple effects which may include total darkness, uneven surfaces, air blasts, strobe lighting, latex, narrow tunnels, sudden loud noises, live actors, fog, scent, and tight spaces which require you to bend down while walking or crawling. When combined these effects immerse guests in the experience which is intended to be startling and frightening. You should not enter an attraction if you are in late stages of pregnancy, have a heart disorder, suffer from claustrophobia, have a photosensitive form of epilepsy, suffer from a back disorder, suffer from asthma or are of a nervous disposition. Health and Safety notices are visible outside each attraction and there will be a briefing from a member of staff prior to entry to any attraction.
